A lack of transportation to medical care is one of the leading factors in the death of nearly 300,000 women a year during pregnancy and childbirth. While technology has made transportation more accessible to the modern world, it has done very little for those in developing countries. We came up with a plan, where a partnership between Every Mother Counts and Uber could truly make every ride count and help raise funds essential transportation funds for those in need.
